On 10 October 2022, BeST contributed to the call for evidence on the proposal for a basic regulation on the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
BeST has highlighted the need for:
Clear definition of ECHA's role, objectives and processes.
Coherence between the different EU Regulatory frameworks.
Adequate resources.
Consideration of industry data.
