BeST contributes to discussion on ELV

BeST has submitted its comments to the European Commission's proposal for the review of the End-of-life vehicles directive (ELV).

Specifically, BeST has stressed the following points:

• Risk instead of hazard

• Understanding the link between raw materials and the performance of products

• Avoiding a 'one-size fits all' approach for recycling requirements

• Supporting industry
